Dinner with Giovanna Delli-Carpini Trimpe

Enjoy an authentic Italian 8-course dinner for 8 people created by Chef Giovanna Delli-Carpini Trimpe ('76). Giovanna is the chef for St. Peter in Chains Cathedral in Cincinnati where she has masterfully prepared food for Archbishops, Bishops, resident priests, deacons, and other dignitaries. She is the author of Holy Chow and Holy Chow-Gluten Free; cookbooks filled with Italian, Latin American, and American recipes that celebrate her worldly heritage. Giovanna has also appeared as a special guest on EWTN ETERNAL WORD TELEVISION NETWORK with Pepe Alonso on his show worldwide NUESTRA FE EN VIVO. During the last 5 years she has done numerous cooking demonstrations in Libraries and on TV. Her generosity has helped raise $102,000 for a number of organizations. This is a unique opportunity to share the rich culinary history of this entertaining alumna! Dinner will be prepared at Giovanna's conveniently located west side home.
